Client: Julia & Mark Krill, Agent Team/Windermere Real Estate
This husband and wife team needed a brand that reflected the estate style neighborhoods they specialized in. The French Country theme made sense, with care not to make it too feminine (Mark's soul request!). The pattern idea stemmed from incorporating a worn out illustration they had to keep with toile wallpaper. The monochromatic neutral grays gives the image sophistication while a pop of lime green depicted nature, but with a modern twist. In addition, the logo could be dressed up or down depending on the use.
